Reflecting on my experience with Reconex, I remember the pivotal moment I decided to give them a chance. It all began with a casual mention from a carrier about Reconex. Intrigued, I decided to explore further and was introduced to Todd Fain, President of Reconex. Todd was a game-changer; he was always there, ready to take my calls and walk me through every detail about their services. His dedication played a crucial role in winning our business.

When choosing a logistics partner, my options included CH Robinson and Schneider alongside Reconex. However, the decision soon became apparent. The other companies couldn’t even provide the specific information I requested, and one of them even tried to sell me something completely unrelated! In contrast, Reconex stood out for its personalized approach. Todd, Hank, and the team were not just service providers; they felt like partners in our growth journey at Certified Power, Inc.
